Beginning of the story of an abandoned rabbit:
Long ago in a quiet little village beyond verdant meadows and towering trees lived Fluffy, the shy bunny. Fluffy was white and fluffy, with great big round fearful eyes.
Fluffy wasn’t always so scared. In fact he used to be very brave and jumped around the meadows and forests with his rabbit pals. However, one day Fluffy was separated from his family whilst playing in the forest. And he became lost disgraced not knowing where to turn.
In the gathering darkness of night, shivering in a little bush Fluffy was scared to death, his heart pounding with sight. He had no idea how to get back home and too terrified to walk.
New hope in the story of an abandoned rabbit:
As Fluffy sank down into this mire, he thought that his life was over. There seemed no way for him to get out of it. But then from the dark came a gentle voice -a kind and friendly baritone! The voice was that of two-year-old Emily, who had been wandering through the woods with her family one day and found Fluffy-relatively unharmed.
She took one slow step forward and extended her hand, to Fluffy. She spoke softly to him and fed him treats. Fluffy was still afraid, of course; but there was something in Emily’s voice that set him at ease.
But with Emily’s encouragement, Fluffy finally was able to come out of his hiding place and follow her home. Emily comforted Fluffy by telling him stories and singing to him as they went.
Fluffy was welcomed with open arms at Emily´s house that day he finally arrived. Her family welcomed him with open arms, providing a warm bed at night and nutritious food all day. For Fluffy, as he lay in his new bed, a small ray of hope was starting to spark him inside.
Conquering Fear! An amazing turning point for the story of an abandoned rabbit:
Fluffy knew that with Emily and her family, nothing could ever truly be scary or lonely for the rest of his life. He had many more fears yet to conquer, but he was thankful for the warmth and light that shone in this beautiful moment giving him courage as well.
And weeks turned into month and Fluffy was comfortable with Emily household. Every day, he became more and more vitalized in the fullest sense of her word to him, no longer hiding from terror, wherever it swung.
Fluffy started taking his first small steps out into the big world, facing fear but ready to tackle it with all the courage Emily gave him. He took a walk in the garden, ran after butterflies and even got to know all the other animals in the street.
Most importantly, Fluffy learned to trust again; in the kindness of Emily and her family’s love —and herself.
Fluffy knew that he had found his place in the world, a place where he was loved and cherished—a happy bunny as hopped happily through sunlit garden.
Happy Ever After:
Now Fluffy was able to start this new part of his life with Emily, going on infinite adventures and experiencing eternal happiness. While he would forever remember his fears of the past, they could never again keep him stuck in place.
After all, Fluffy was with people who cared for him. They help overcome his fright and they were now able to share in the brand new adventures that awaited. And as he hopped into the sunset, his heart filled with gratitude, Fluffy knew that he was truly home at last. And this is how the story of an abandoned rabbit ends with conquering fears and gaining the courage to experience the adventures.
